Based in Geneva (HQ) and Singapore, operating in over 30 countries, our highly qualified engineers are able to manage all functions of corporate IT departments.
The strength of our company is to provide IT infrastructure at the cutting edge of technology on one hand and development of vertical business solutions and specific applications on the other.

Our new Business Unit will focus on the commercialization of our product B-Com, developed originally for one of our client. To lead this BU, we are looking for a B-Com Sales Director.

Missions

You will manage the entire sales cycle of our event management platform B-Com, starting by initiating relationships with new clients, presenting our products, closing contracts and manage relationships (upselling, updates).

Main responsibilities

- Assessing market opportunities and targeting markets
- Develop and execute the marketing strategy of B-Com
- Finding new clients and business opportunities
- Identifying key decision-makers at targeted prospects
- Presenting products and services to clients
- Preparing commercial offer and to establishing sales conditions
- Maintaining and developing client relationships in order to retain existing business and develop new opportunities

Profile

- Master in event management, public relations, hospitality management or equivalent (business background)
Or
- Master in computer science or equivalent (software engineering background)
- At least 3 years of proven sales experience in event management software industry
- Experience in cold calling, product demonstrations, closing contracts
- Experience in creating action plans
- Knowledge of event management techniques and processes
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English and French
- Very good inter-personal skills
- Ability to multi-task and to work in a dynamic, fast-changing entrepreneurial environment
- Positive reaction to the pressure
- Very good organizational skills, strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Word and PowerPoint
- Swiss or C / B / G permits or European nationalities CE
- Willingness to travel
