PSideo answers his customers’ specific needs in terms of computer system integration on one hand and some of software development on the other hand. Our projects concern the development of business software applications, products of PSideo or products specifically made for our customers. Based in Geneva (HQ) and Singapore, operating in more than 30 countries, we are a fast growing company. Today, we are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our team.

Missions

Involvement in the complete lifecycle of the solution
-Analysis : direct contact with the clients and capture of their needs
-Conception: functional and technical specifications, architectural conception
-Development: implementation of the solution and documentation
-Maintenance: quality control, management of improvements
-Project management : organization, planning management and control

Profile

-University or polytechnic degree in Software engineering
-Capacity to analyze IT problematic and design of solutions
-Good structured and synthetic approach
-Strong desire to learn and progress
-Ability to communicate in both technical and non technical ways with colleagues and clients
-4-5 years of experience in a similar position
-Perfect command of French and English : spoken and written, technical and common
-Flexible, stress resistant, autonomous and passionate
-Swiss or B,C or G work permit

Skills needed

-Software architecture: server/client, n-tiers, SOA
-Object oriented programming
-UML conception
-Database conception : MS SQL Server, Oracle (entity-relationship model)
-Strong development skills: code organization and methodology
-Framework .NET or J2EE
-Excellent knowledge of several developing languages
-Databases: MS SQL Server or Oracle
-Windows development environment (AD, GPO, WMI)
