Today, we are looking for a Junior IT Support Engineer to join our team.

Mission

Install, maintain and troubleshoot the system infrastructure of clients: network, VoIP, servers and telecommunication.
First and second level support.

Profile

- HES Bachelor (or European equivalent) in Computer Science, Communication Systems, Telecommunication
- A first experience in a similar position
- Customer oriented
- Ability to communicate in both technical and non-technical ways with colleagues and clients
- Perfect command of French and English : spoken and written, technical and common
- Structured and synthetic approach
- Strong desire to learn and progress
- Flexible, stress resistant, autonomous and passionate
- Swiss or C,B or G working permit

Technical skills

- Windows 200x, Linux et UNIX platforms
- Active Directory and associated tools
- Server Based Computing (Citrix Presentation Server / Citrix Xen App)
- Consolidation (VMware ESX, ESXi and associated management tools)
- Automatic deployments tools of platforms and software (GPOs, RIS/WDS, WSUS)
- Microsoft Desktop platforms (Windows 7, XP, Office)
- Application repackaging (MSI, WinBatch)
- Windows scripting (WSH, VBScript, JavaScript, C#, Shell Script, WMI)
- LAN / WAN / Wireless networks, VPN and security (Cisco, CheckPoint)
- ToIP convergence on Cisco platforms (CUCM, CME)
