PSideo answers his customers’ specific needs in terms of computer system integration on one hand and some of software development on the other hand. Our projects concern the development of business software applications, products of PSideo or products specifically made for our customers. Based in Geneva (HQ) and Singapore, operating in more than 30 countries, we are a fast growing company.

Today, we are looking for a one “Business Consultant & IT Coordinator” to join our Software team.

Missions

The person we are looking for will work on the following missions:
Business Consultant:
-Audit and consulting: definition of the customers’ needs and creation of corresponding technological solutions
-Functional specifications and documentation
-Testing, quality control
-Clients’ support and training
IT Coordinator:
-Link IT engineers and technicians with users, ensuring smooth communication and mutual understanding between IT technical teams and non technical users of IT solutions.
-Develop and give various IT trainings (for new staff and new company joining the group).
-Support IT business solutions superusers or be the superuser of solutions which do not have a “business oriented” one.
-Provide administration support to HQ IT.
-Produce management reports on IT activities in the group

Profile

-University or polytechnic diploma in computer science: HES (or European equivalent)
-Structured approach, and good synthetic approach
-Capacity to analyze IT problematic and design of solutions
-Ability to communicate in both technical and non technical ways
-Business analysis
-Desire to learn and progress
-Perfect command of French and English
-Similar experience in SMB
-Swiss nationality, B,C or G permit
